Knitted Football Vest Pattern

Knit this retro Football vest for men and women, with our graph-style pattern. Created using Mary Maxim Dreamspun light DK weight yarns in 3 ply for women's sizes and 4 ply sport for men's. Dreamspun offered 75 yds per 1 oz skein. Shop all our DK yarns and make this come to life! Keep in mind yardages vary. 
Note: Suggested gauge for 3-ply was 8.5 sts x 10.5 r = 1". Suggested gauge for 4-ply DK was 7.5 sts x 9.5 r = 1".  Intermediate knit. 

Materials List:

Women's Sizes 32-38: 
All sizes: Main color 5 oz
Color X, 3 oz each
Color A 1 oz
Allow 3 oz extra of main color if doing long sleeves.
Knitting needles size U.S. 1 (2.25 mm) and 2 (2.75 mm)

Men's Sizes 38-44
All sizes: Main color 7 oz.
Color X 3 oz each
Color A 1 oz. 
Allow 5 extra oz of the main color if long sleeves are preferred
Knitting needles sizes 2 (2.75 mm) and 3 (3.25 mm)

Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, slip, increase, decrease, color changes using Fair Isle and colored pattern knitting methods.
